NetDimensions Delivers Platform for ImageRight's Extended Enterprise Training Program
NetDimensions, a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, announces ImageRight, a leading provider of specialized software solutions and information for the insurance industry, will implement NetDimensions' Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP) to deliver product training to their clients as a part of their extended enterprise training program.
"We will use EKP to train our clients to use our product more efficiently. It will help them reduce the number of help desk calls they receive from their employees," says Jami Wolbers, Corporate Trainer of ImageRight.
Clients will use EKP to access ImageRight's eLearning courses and reference materials through the Knowledge Center, as well as assess their product knowledge through the assessment functionalities in EKP. Client managers and system administrators will have access to learners' exam scores and learning history.
"Reporting is an important requirement for our clients when using our eLearning solutions. This means we have to be able to limit access to reports and data within each client organization so we needed an LMS that could handle this critical requirement", explains Wolbers.
Wolbers adds: "NetDimensions was the only company who had the product that met the complex functionalities we needed, as well as the capability to meet our unique business requirements. We also had a short implementation time frame, but it turned out to be no problem for them. In the future we hope to track our internal training programs using EKP as well."
