NetDimensions is proud to announce that Kishor Mistry, CEO of Peak Pacific Limited, a NetDimensions partner company, has won the E-Learning Industry Award for Outstanding Achievement - Individual category at the 2009 E-Learning Awards in Central London.

NetDimensions (London Stock Exchange, AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, is proud to announce that Kishor Mistry, CEO of Peak Pacific Limited, a NetDimensions partner company, has won the E-Learning Industry Award for Outstanding Achievement - Individual category at the 2009 E-Learning Awards in Central London.

"I am delighted to have won this award," said Kishor.

NetDimensions' Managing Director and CEO Jay Shaw added, "On behalf of NetDimensions and our Partners worldwide, I applaud Kishor for winning this prestigious award. It is a testament to his dedication to making things better, improving processes, driving cost efficiency and spearheading innovation in learning."

Organized and presented by e.learning age, the E-Learning Awards were set up to recognize excellence in the e-learning industry - the programs, projects, teams, individuals and strategies that have enjoyed the greatest success during the year.

True Passion for Learning

Kishor has dedicated the past 25 years of his life to the e-learning industry. A respected consultant in the aviation learning and development field, Kishor transitioned from the simulator industry to the CBT industry and then shaped the direction of e-learning at one of the world's leading airlines: Cathay Pacific Airways.

"At Cathay Pacific, Kishor was instrumental in figuring out how to deploy new technologies to create workforce productivity improvements and better meet the service, product and safety training needs of the airline," notes Jay.

One of Kishor's initiatives required the design of a new assessment and certification system to train, test and certify pilots to meet the regulatory requirements of not only the Federal Aviation Authority of the United States, but also of the European Aviation Safety Agency and the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department. The project, for which NetDimensions was the prime contractor, involved the coordination of multiple stakeholders, government regulators, airline training experts, design teams and programmers.

"It has proven a success. The technology that came out of the project is now deployed not only at Cathay Pacific Airways, where over 10,000 pilots and other airline employees use the system to take regulatory exams each year, but also at FlightSafety International, the largest pilot training company in the world, and at our first major airline client in the United Kingdom. We expect to announce more aviation industry clients in due course," adds Jay.

"NetDimensions is proud to be working with Kishor and Peak Pacific in addressing today's challenges and in delivering the next generation of learning for workforce professionals around the world."
