NetDimensions ships Enterprise Knowledge Platform 3.2.2

NetDimensions (www.netdimensions.com) has released version 3.2.2 of the Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP) learning management system. Substantial new enhancements and features have been added to meet the requirements of global enterprises. EKP 3.2.2 tracks and manages all popular training types including online and instructor-led courses and supports the prevailing SCORM 1.2 and AICC specifications.
Designed to be truly multilingual, this latest release supports English, Dutch, French, German, Chinese, Japanese or any combination of these languages. Additional language support will shortly be available for Spanish, Greek, Russian, Hungarian, Slovakian, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Korean, Arabic and Hebrew. EKP 3.2.2 is available on a self-installing CD for Windows NT/2000/XP and includes sample data so that a fully-functioning LMS may be quickly installed for evaluation.
All of the enhancements and new features are the result of close cooperation with long-term EKP users including Cathay Pacific and three of the world's top financial institutions: HSBC, ING and ABN AMRO. EKP is ideal for large, global organizations with major e-learning projects across multiple regions and audience types.
A powerful new feature available with EKP 3.2.2 is permissions control applied to data 'objects' such as catalogs, tests, questions and announcements from managers, instructors and administrators. This feature makes it easier for administrators to control and isolate access to data in large systems. This feature will be expanded in future releases to address additional information types.

Working closely with leading courseware vendors and software developers, EKP 3.2.2 now provides seamless integrations with a number of external applications including Profiling Online Competency Management, Global English language courseware, SkillSoft Books24x7 and Referenceware online reference system, HorizonLive platform for live Web-based teaching and conferencing and Exxceed competency and performance management.
Other enhancements and additions available with EKP 3.2.2 include a set of new functions and reports tailored towards billing and invoicing requirements for 'corporate university' related processing, an email address login option, time tracking for document-based courses and support for external training records to be added to training histories.
