Taking place on 14th February, 2019 at 14:00, the presentation will explore the power of understanding learners’ behaviours when designing learning and development (L&D) programs that must meet both individual and organisational needs. Attendees will learn why behaviour metrics are important and how to use resulting patterns to build a stronger enterprise learning strategy.
