Dr. Britt Andreatta Announced as One of the Keynote Speakers for Open LMS’s Connected 2023

Open LMS, the leading provider of open-source learning management systems (LMS), today announced internationally recognized thought leader, Britt Andreatta, PhD, as the opening keynote speaker for Open LMS’s conference, Connected 2023. The inaugural conference will bring together hundreds of professionals who are passionate about delivering the highest-quality educational experiences in Phoenix, Arizona, from February 28 to March 2, 2023.

“Dr. Andreatta has extensive experience working with corporations, nonprofits and educational institutions, so she understands the unique way that learning connects the wide array of our clients,” said Phill Miller, managing director of Open LMS. “Her international renown for science-based learning solutions precedes her, and we are honored to have her speak to our community.”

Dr. Andreatta is CEO of Brain Aware Training where she draws on her unique background in leadership, neuroscience, psychology, and learning to unlock the best in people and organizations. A small selection of recent industry accolades include being named one of the “Top 20 L&D Influencers” and a “Top 100 HR Influencer in 2021”, as well as being featured as an “outstanding thought leader and pioneer” by Talent Development magazine. Dr. Andreatta previously served as Chief Learning Officer for Lynda.com (now LinkedIn Learning), where her courses have received over 10 million views worldwide.

Dr. Andreatta has done significant work with major educational institutions and nonprofit organizations, including the University of California: Santa Barbara, Dartmouth University, and the University of New Mexico, as well as the YMCA and Prison Fellowship’s Warden Exchange Program. She has served as professor and dean at the University of California, Antioch University, and several graduate schools.
