eThink Education Wins Platinum 2020 LearnX Award
eThink Education, fully-managed LMS solutions provider, was awarded a Platinum LearnX Award for Best LMS for their implementation with Vistaprint.
eThink Education, Certified Premium Moodle Partner and Platinum Totara Partner, has been awarded a Platinum LearnX Award in the category of Best LMS. The LearnX Awards recognize eLearning industry talent and successes across the world and eThink took home the highest-level prize in the Best Learning Management System (LMS) category for their LMS implementation with Vistaprint.
Vistaprint partnered with eThink Education to build, host, and manage a custom LMS to support the training of their global team of over 3,000 customer CARE specialists. eThink’s fully-managed eLearning solution provided Vistaprint with a more streamlined and trackable approach to internal learning, relieving their team of the heavy time burden they had previously experienced when self-managing their platform.
With eThink, Vistaprint achieved their goal to create a more efficient and effective learning platform, which has allowed them to build a strong culture of learning within their customer CARE team and beyond. Now, two years after the platform’s launch, the site hosts more than 2,000 courses in three different languages and is averaging 7,500 visits a month from teams across the world. With the burden of time-consuming back-end maintenance off their plates, Vistaprint’s CARE Learning team has been able to triple the number of courses offered and effectively align learning and business goals to realize improved outcomes across their teams.
