This half-day workshop will take place at the Novotel London West on the morning of Friday 27 January, the day after the Learning Technologies Exhibition and Conference at Olympia.

Performance Support is rightly one of the hottest trends in the learning industry today, in fact many believe that organisations can no longer afford to be without a PS strategy. With business moving faster than ever before and with increasing amounts of knowledge and information, many organisations’ existing learning strategies just aren’t generating their projected uptake, and often leaving workers unable to perform effectively.

“There is a very real and pressing need to develop a plan that supports learners when learning truly occurs, at the critical moment of need,” says Bob Mosher. “A well-architected performance support strategy offers learning professionals an opportunity to really make an impact.”

‘Performance Support in the Workplace’ is a half-day workshop for L&D professionals and others concerned with managing performance in the workflow, hosted by Bob Mosher, author of ‘Learning at the Moment of Need’, a former teacher, L&D industry leader and one of the world’s best-known champions of performance support strategies in business.

L&D professionals and others concerned with managing performance in the workflow can find out more and register online for the half-day workshop: Performance Support in the Workplace, 27 January, London. There is a £199 fee, inclusive of VAT.
