Ontuitive is the new name for LearningGuide Solutions and is being launched at this week’s Learning Technologies event in London.

LearningGuide Solutions, the performance support systems and services provider, is re-branding itself as Ontuitive to reflect the values of the business and the direction of its new product developments. The change of name was launched in the US last week, with the European launch taking place this week at Learning Technologies 2012.

Matt Hoffman, Marketing Director at Ontuitive, is overseeing the redevelopment of the brand and explained: “Ontuitive is a play on the English word ‘intuitive’. Our value proposition is to make the adoption of software, competencies and processes more intuitive, so we feel it's is a great fit. The new name unties us from the word ‘learning’ and offers greater scope to position our business in both the markets we serve today and the markets that we want to serve in the future.”

In 2011 the business received a capital investment to fuel the growth of the company, and specifically to develop new products and services, expand its sales team and create greater brand awareness: "2012 is an important year for us, the capital investment has provided the resources we need as we reposition the business for growth. Rebranding as Ontutive is the first stage in a significant brand awareness programme for the company."

The market for performance support is seeing strong growth and Ontuitive is well positioned to capitalise: "There is an increasing acceptance that performance support needs to be integrated into the workflow in more businesses and this is evident in both our traditional learning market and in wider business enablement markets," added Hoffman.

For the brand launch of Ontuitive, the company has a strong presence at this week's Learning Technologies 2012 event, exhibiting on stand #15 and Ontuitive’s Bob Mosher is presenting in the Learning Technologies Conference on ‘supporting learners at the five points of need’. And, immediately following Learning Technologies on Friday 27 January, Bob Mosher is running a performance support workshop in Hammersmith for those interested in finding out more about implementing performance support strategy.
