Tickets are now available for Learning at the Moment of Need, a two day workshop taking place in Amsterdam on the 19 - 20 September 2011. As a result of a series of successful workshops in the United States, LearningGuide Solutions Dr. Conrad Gottfredson and Bob Mosher are looking forward to conducting this two day Performance Support Workshop in Europe for the first time.

"Many organisations struggle to extend the toolkit and competencies of learning professionals to more effectively support the performance of workers on the job" said Mosher. "This is not a new idea, but a glaring gap exists". During the two day workshop attention will be focused on the Performance Support discipline with updated practices to address the challenging needs of 21st century learners. In addition, organisational issues will be discussed, including dealing with resistance and cultural changes.

Participants will receive tools that will allow them to immediately apply Performance Support in their own organisation, supported by effective business cases, and gain access to online practice applications. After the workshop participants can share experiences by participating in the online Performance Support Community, also headed by Gottfredson and Mosher.
