LearningGuide Solutions introduces collaborative community for LearningGuide Manager authors
LearningGuide Solutions has opened a private online community for customers to share tips, best practices, and ideas with other peformance support professionals.
LearningGuide Solutions has launched an online collaborative site, LearningGuide Manager Community, using the NingTM social media platform. The site enables authors using LearningGuide's single-source authoring environment, LearningGuide Manager, to participate in a community where they can share ideas, provide product feedback, and read blogs and forum postings from LearningGuide experts.
"We've created the LearningGuide Manager authoring community as a single place where authors can assist one another and access LearningGuide resources to enhance the learning and performance support solutions they are developing with LearningGuide Manager and deploying to their organisations," stated Ali Parkinson, Director Sales, LearningGuide Solutions UK.
The site offers various features that assist LearningGuide Manager authors to interact with each other in public or private, or both, settings. Community members gather to share best practices, solutions or ideas in discussion forums, blogs, FAQs, events and resources all pertaining to LearningGuide Manager.
In addition, LearningGuide Solutions provides community coordinators answering questions and sharing their own experience and expertise with the community. The community is a private, invitation-only site for LGM authors with the ability to freely share non company-confidential information with other community members.
