Bob Mosher keynote speaker at IITT conference 2009 in London: register for an exclusive Meet and Greet session

LearningGuide Solutions' Bob Mosher will present the keynote speech at this year's IITT National Training Conference & Exhibition for training professionals on the 24th of September in at the Lancaster Hotel in London, organised by The Institute of IT Training. LearningGuide Solutions UK is also organising an exclusive Meet & Greet session with Bob for conference attendees on the 23rd between 14:00 and 16.30.

In his keynote speech, Bob Mosher will address issues and methodologies surrounding the understanding and delivery of informal learning, including e-communties (forums and synchronous environments), and Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS). He will show how emerging nontraditional methods are stepping up to fill these much needed informal learning and training opportunities. Research shows, that up to 80% of learning in the workplace occurs on an informal basis. Bob will further explain and emphasise how to integrate informal learning into existing learning models, how to obtain the 'buy-in' for informal learning, how to recognise the types of learners that are best served by informal learning and moreover, how to plan and program accordingly with the right tools to create effective learning environments.

Bob Mosher will also attend the pre-conference welcome reception on the evening of the 23rd allowing an opportunity to meet with colleagues, fellow training professionals, and members of the IITT. LearningGuide Solutions latest products and services will be shown at the conference exhibition.

The conference will further feature many different topics and workshops throughout the day, as well as outlining the IITT's Trainer Performance Assessment Service (TPMA). Focus will be on training and learning issues such as the value of learning and how to demonstrate it, managing an end-user roll-out with total learning, the creation of learning material, using social networking as learning advantage, how to make mobile learning work, and building successful online learning communities to make sure that all involved in the industry know where it is heading.
