Once transcribed by VoiceCloud, these mobile originated responses are immediately available and searchable via the CellCast database and can easily be leveraged as institutional knowledge in ongoing communications, informal learning and detailed reporting. The fee-based transactional service will be available in August to OnPoint's CellCast customers.
