Online Educa Berlin Explores the Training Markets
Keynote speakers for 2010 include Josh Bersin, President and CEO of Bersin & Associates, Laurence F. Johnson, CEO of the New Media Consortium and publisher of Horizon Report, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, Chair of the Global Alliance for Information and Communication Technology and Development (GAID).
Online Educa Berlin 2010 will focus on market intelligence. The world’s largest global e-learning conference for the corporate, education and public service sector will be presenting analysis and reports on emerging technologies that are driving the corporate learning marketplace as well as higher education. The event will take place from December 1st – 3rd in Berlin.
Josh Bersin, President and CEO of a leading US research consultancy and Laurence F. Johnson, CEO of the New Media Consortium and publisher of the annual Horizon Report will deliver two of the keynote speeches.
Bersin & Associates specialise in enterprise learning, talent management and talent acquisition. They have worked with hundreds of companies delivering high-impact employee learning and leadership development.
Johnson represents the New Media Consortium, an international consortium of nearly three hundred universities, colleges, museums, research centres and technology companies dedicated to using new media to support learning and creative expression. Their annual Horizon Reports are one of the most widely read publications in the higher education field.
The third keynote speaker is Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, who currently chairs the Global Alliance for ICT and Development (GAID), a United Nations initiative establishing worldwide strategic alliances to implement digital technologies.
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh’s Jordan-based businesses deal with accounting, intellectual property and information technology. The internationally renowned business man and university founder has substantially driven the IT landscape in the Arab world, where demand for high-end technology solutions is rising permanently.
