Tata Interactive Systems wins 6 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards

Wins 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 4 Bronze at the Brandon Hall HCM awards 2016.

Tata Interactive Systems (TIS), a global leader in learning solutions, has won one gold, one silver and four bronze at the 2016 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Learning Awards. These awards are a recognition of TIS’ exceptional custom learning solutions, simulations, games and L&D programs. This year’s win brings up TIS’ Brandon Hall awards tally to an impressive 16 wins in the past 3 years.

Details of the six awards are as below:

Best Use of Games and Simulations for Learning

Gold: TIS partnered with General Mills to develop an online and board game-based learning solution to foster a deeper understanding of the company’s values in its employees.

Bronze: TIS developed a simulation-based learning solution for Unilever aimed at building decision-making skills related to business ethics and code of conduct for its senior managers.

Best Advance in Custom Content

Silver: This multi-modality program was developed to train PepsiCo’s sales managers in financial acumen using short animations, a web-based course and a simulation.

Bronze: This learning program on solving business problems using a consulting approach was developed for PepsiCo and consists of granular components that allow HR professionals to choose their own learning path through the training material.

Bronze: TIS developed an off-the-shelf training program on cybersecurity resilience developed for Axelos that comprised multiple learning formats that would be tailored to an employee’s individual learning style.

Best Unique Learning and Development Program

Bronze: TIS developed a 3D mobile app for Cenovus that trained machine operators using a hands-on, realistic approach to identify errors in bottle labeling.

The Brandon Hall Learning Excellence Awards are presented annually by Brandon Hall Research, one of the leading research firms in training and development. Now in its 22nd year, the awards program showcased exceptional work in learning and development.
