Award-winning e-learning provider Mind Click expands to support rapid growth in Brighton

Totara LMS Platinum partner and bespoke e-learning provider Mind Click expands Brighton offices to support its growing UK and international client base, which has led to their Brighton office growing 300% in the last year.

In response to their extending client base, Mind Click have increased the employees in their Brighton team by 300% in the 2015/2016 fiscal year, providing excellent career opportunities for the industry in the south of England. Acquiring two new offices in the heart of Brighton’s city centre, Mind Click now have the talent and the means to widen their services for LMS development and e-learning innovation.

Mind Click welcome several new strategic members of the Brighton team, as they have recruited for a range of positions to expand the team. Alexandra Thompson has recently joined Mind Click as Head of Production to lead the production team and manage projects with clients such as Barclaycard, RBS and Procter and Gamble. Alexandra joins with a wealth of experience and knowledge, accumulating over 10 years’ in the learning technologies industry. Commenting on her new position, Alexandra Thompson said:

“I’m so excited to start a new challenge! It’s great to be a part of Mind Click’s rapid and continued growth, which has created such fantastic career opportunities for myself and the Brighton team.

The growth of Mind Click’s Brighton team will allow the organisation to develop their e-learning and Totara LMS products and services to suit the changing needs of their accelerating customer base. These hires will continue to contribute to the high level of customer satisfaction in the organisation, with 100% of Mind Click’s customers agreeing they would recommend Mind Click to a friend of colleague (statistics from customer survey, July 2015).
