With more than 20 years’ experience in learning, technology and information, Tracy is a dynamic leader, building and managing high-performance teams operating around the world in the education, private, public and government sectors.
Based in MicroLearn’s new Brighton Sales office, Tracy is responsible for growing and managing the sales team, supporting existing clients and generating new opportunities by exploring solution-focused approaches to help organisations utilise learning and development to attract, retain and develop their employees.
