Melissa Daimler, CLO at Twitter, to keynote at Elliott Masie’s Learning 2016 for 2,000 corporate leaders of employee training.

Melissa Daimler, Twitter's Chief Learning Officer, will share the rapidly shifting approaches to Performance Management, Learning, and Employee Development at Twitter and other high-tech innovators as a Keynoter at Learning 2016!

Melissa will join Anderson Cooper (anchor of CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360°), Astronaut Scott Kelly, and Actor George Takei as a main stage keynote speaker at Learning 2016, taking place October 23-26 in Orlando, FL.

Learning 2016 Host & Curator Elliott Masie will interview Melissa about learning and employee performance management at Twitter and other high tech companies.

Integrating interests in learning, coaching, and organizational dynamics into a career, Melissa currently heads the Global Learning & Organizational Development team @Twitter. She joined in 2012 with a mission to not only develop great leaders, but great people. For Twitter’s 4,000 employees worldwide, her team executes on management, leadership, team & professional development, executive coaching, organizational consulting & talent development planning. Her team leverages the principles of the Twitter platform (public, real-time, conversational & distributed) when designing any learning experience for employees.

Prior to joining Twitter, Melissa headed the Global Learning and Organizational Consulting team at Adobe Systems.  She also built an executive coaching company focused on coaching early-career executives.

She is also a board member for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and sits on the Advisory Board for the University of San Francisco, MSOD program. One of the first coaches certified by the International Coach Federation, Melissa graduated from Pepperdine University with a M.S. in Organizational Development.
