The Employer of Choice Framework (EOC Framework) is a structured assessment model made up of specialised assessment criteria and sub-criteria that provide a robust set of requirements used as the methodology for benchmarking and learning among the participating organisations.
The critical attributes of the EOC Framework outline the characteristics of well-managed, high-performing, industry-leading organisations that provide a stimulating and supportive workplace.
Participating organisations have the unique opportunity to benchmark themselves against the top performers globally. The recipients are acknowledged for their achievements and recognised as the elite of their industry, gaining a place amongst a distinguished group. The program highlights their products, projects, initiatives and contributions.
Lumify Group's EOC Submission
A primary focus has been to enable our own people to thrive in the digital landscape of tomorrow. Lumify’s staff training and development guidelines support our employees in identifying the skills and knowledge they need to perform their roles effectively and offer training programs to help them acquire those skills.
Employees also receive a paid membership to Go1 for professional development. The online platform allows employees to continuously develop and learn at times that best suit them. Compliance training, including induction modules, is delivered to all employees through the Go1 platform.
Throughout each quarter, Lumify employees receive invitations to join Lunch-n-Learns where speakers who are innovative, inspiring and educational speakers on a range of topics that they are experts in. This modality of learning is designed to easily fit into employees’ schedules, as sessions are delivered virtually and recorded.
