DDLS instructors receive multiple Instructor Excellence Awards from Cisco
DDLS Australian instructors have been acknowledged for providing the highest quality of Cisco training when they were awarded 2016 Cisco Instructor Excellence Awards, with some instructors receiving multiple awards.
The Instructor Excellence Awards recognise the top 25% of Certified Cisco Systems Instructors (CCSI) globally, who aspire to be the best in their field of technical expertise.
The 2016 award winners exemplified the highest quality training experience and demonstrated the highest overall satisfaction surveys for FY2015. These elite instructors are being recognised for delivering exceptional customer experience in each technology.
"DDLS is delighted that our technical instructors have won these awards. The awards recognise our instructors' efforts in preparing the latest Cisco courses, building local labs (where required) and striving to deliver the highest standards in professional training, all of which prepares our clients to design, implement and support their organisation’s infrastructure. DDLS thanks Cisco for these awards, for the focus on quality, and congratulates our instructors on their achievements,” said Mal Shaw, CEO of DDLS.
