DDLS becomes Polycom Authorised Training Partner
DDLS today announced it has extended its education offering as a Polycom Authorised Training partner for Australia and New Zealand.
The Authorised Training Partner program empowers select Polycom partners, with a demonstrated expertise in the Polycom® RealPresence® Platform software infrastructure, to offer classes and training to certify partners and clients on Polycom® RealPresence® solutions. Through this, DDLS is able to rapidly expand its education and training offering for Polycom solutions.
As an Authorised Training Partner, DDLS can provide end-customers and resellers with easy access to training and greater flexibility on scheduling and locations across ANZ. These certifications are important for resellers looking to implement and support the Polycom solutions they sell.

DDLS Polycom-certified instructors will begin offering classes through the Polycom Global Education Network immediately. The first class is scheduled in April 2014 and will cover installation, configuration and troubleshooting for the Polycom Real Presence Platform, the industry's most comprehensive software infrastructure for universal video collaboration.
