DDLS (Dimension Data Learning Solutions) today announced that it has been selected as one of the finalists for the Microsoft Australia Partner Awards (MAPA) 2012. DDLS was selected from a national field of top Microsoft Partners for delivering market-leading learning solutions built on the Microsoft platform. The Microsoft Australia Global Awards are presented in multiple categories, and winners chosen from across Australia.

Building on the success of receiving the global Partner of the Year Award for Learning at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto earlier in the year, DDLS has been nominated as a finalist in the 2012 MAPA Microsoft Partner of the Year awards, to be presented at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in September.

This award is for learning partners who build innovative training solutions; demonstrating that they have developed creative ways to engage as partners in training. At a time of significant change, the DDLS' mission is to assist individuals and organisations as they embark on their journey to the cloud through the provision of innovative learning solutions, which help remove the fear and uncertainly that is often associated with change. By providing a 360 degree learning view of the Microsoft technology stack, DDLS is able to advise, evangelise and deliver training.

Gary Duffield, DDLS National Product Manager said, “When combined with our global award, this nomination really acknowledges that DDLS is at the forefront of learning and innovation. DDLS has a pivotal role in providing thought leadership around the journey to the cloud and looks forward to providing training solutions and certification for new Microsoft technologies such as Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Office 2013, SQL Server 2012 and System Center 2012.We again thank Microsoft for this recognition and for Microsoft’s leadership in delivering the technologies on which we base our learning solutions. Thanks also to the DDLS team and the support from our clients, who have made this achievement possible.”

The Microsoft Australia Partner Awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions during the past year.
