  • What is UX and what isn’t it?
  • Why is it important?
  • When is it needed?
  • Critical views of UX
  • Tools and resource

Date: Day 2 – Thursday 30th January
Time: 13:15 – 13:45

Andrew will share details of one of the largest leadership programmes in Europe which is set to transform patient care in the NHS.

The principles of the core architecture, some of the powerful media elements, scenarios and tools – including the use of mobile – and the key things we have learned from working on one of the largest technology enabled programmes in the UK in recent years will also be shared.

As well as the seminars in the main exhibition halls, one of LINE’s clients, Brendon Leonard, Global Category Manager at Novartis will also be speaking in the main conference. His talk, which forms part of the Performance Support theme is titled, ‘Supporting performance with technology and showing its impact’. In this session Brendon will describe an electronic performance support tool (EPSS) which LINE developed alongside Novartis to support vets in the diagnosis of skin conditions in dogs and cats.
