The 3-day course, entitled ITIL v3: Achieving Foundation Certification, is intended for those who do not possess the v2 Foundation Certification and are interested in acquiring the v3 Foundation Certification.

• Identifying opportunities to develop IT processes using ITIL v3
• Interacting with IT teams using ITIL terminology and concepts
• Exploring the components of Service Management processes
• Recognising the importance of IT and business integration
