Learning Technologies 2026 Exhibition returns to London with 200+ exhibitors and 200+ free seminars. Exhibition registration has opened.
Registration is now open for the Learning Technologies 2026 Exhibition, Europe’s leading event for workplace learning and the technologies that support it. The show takes place at Excel London on 29–30 April 2026 and is expected to attract more than 15,000 L&D and HR professionals across two days.
Co-located with HR Technologies UK, the combined events bring together the learning and HR communities to explore the tools, platforms and strategies shaping the future of work.
200+ exhibitors and 200+ free seminars
The exhibition will feature more than 200 exhibitors showcasing the latest advances in learning platforms, content, AI-driven tools, skills technologies and performance solutions. Across the two days, visitors can attend over 200 free L&D seminars, offering practical insights and case studies from across the profession.
The LT Awards Theatre will also feature stories from gold award winners, highlighting impactful and innovative workplace learning initiatives.

Free visitor registration
Entry to the exhibition is free for professionals working in L&D and learning-related roles. Those not in learning-related roles are welcome to attend by purchasing a commercial pass.

The programme for the conference, which runs alongside the exhibition, is also now published. Super early bird tickets are available through the Learning Technologies Conference booking website, along with conference themes and more information about the conference speakers and sessions.
