Skillable launches streamlined, AI-powered creation tools for easier lab implementation

Skillable, the pioneer in experiential learning and skill validation, announces new AI-creation functionality available to lab creators, that streamline and speed up script creation. With the Skillable AI Copilot, authors no longer have to build their scripts from scratch, while the Script Library come with shareable and reusable pre–built scripts that can be implemented in just three clicks. The product enhancements underpin Skillable’s continued commitment to helping organizations design and deploy lab environments in a scalable and rapid way.
Skillable has also made notable leadership hires, with Karie Willyard, former Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at Visa, SuccessFactors, and Sun Microsystems, joining Skillable as its CLO in residence and Advisor. She will work closely with Skillable’s leadership team to support its global growth and customer-centric product innovation. Ken Talanian has also been appointed Skillable’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a remit of supporting Skillable’s next growth stage.
Former Head of Product Management and Design for Hands-On Learning at Pluralsight, Nate Barrett, has joined Skillable as Senior Vice President of Product, bringing a wealth of data, cloud, and SaaS product leadership expertise to the team. Finally, Dave Reed has joined as Senior Vice President of Corporate & Business Development, to drive global growth via channel development and a broad partner ecosystem.
