The Learning Technologies Autumn Forum will explore key topics from April’s conference, with a focus on the one theme that has dominated L&D this year: how do we use emerging technologies to learn effectively at work.

Learning Technologies Autumn Forum chair, Donald H Taylor, said: “In the two years since the launch of ChatGPT, public perception of AI and generative AI in particular has moved from being an exciting novelty to an interesting and powerful, but flawed reality. There is no doubt that it’s here to stay. So how can we use it, and other emerging technologies, to best effect?”
“And these changes extend well beyond technology itself. As L&D professionals, we must always include the human side of our work at the individual and organisational level. It’s not just a matter of knowing how people learn, although that is crucial. It’s also a matter of understanding how they change, how we can help that happen, and the responsibilities we have on the way. Ultimately, our role is always about people.”
Registration is free of charge via the Learning Technologies Autumn Forum website.
