Rustici Software Honored With Silver Stevie® Award for Sales and Customer Service
20th Annual Stevie® Awards included recognition for Rustici in the ‘Customer Service Department of the Year, Computer Software - Up to 100 Employees’ category.
Global eLearning standards and learning technology experts Rustici Software have received a prestigious silver-level award at the 2026 edition of the Annual Stevie® Awards.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. Winners will be celebrated during a gala event attended by more than 300 professionals from around the world at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on Thursday, March 5.
More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes, in virtually every industry, and in 41 nations and territories, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees.
In response to the win, Joe Donnelly, Customer Success Manager at Rustici, said: “This award serves as a powerful validation of our culture. - A 99.5% overall satisfaction rating across more than 14,000 support tickets.
- Consistent maintenance of a 97% or better rating, significantly outperforming the Zendesk technology industry benchmark of 92%.
In conclusion, Donnelly declared: “This win is a massive milestone for us, especially as it marks our first time applying for a Stevie® award. We’re honored by this recognition—but we aren’t stopping at silver!”
