Now in its 13th year, the L&D Global Sentiment Survey is one of the most widely referenced barometers of workplace learning trends. The 2026 survey draws on responses from more than 3,500 participants across 100 countries, offering a unique global perspective on priorities, pressures and opportunities in L&D.

Kirstie Greany brings more than 20 years’ experience helping global organisations reimagine workplace learning. As Head of Learning Strategy at Learning Pool, she combines research, consultancy and storytelling to turn insight into people-centred strategies that drive engagement, capability and measurable impact.
