L&D Global Sentiment 2026 webinar to reveal the pulse of learning worldwide
Join Donald H Taylor and Kirstie Greany for L&D Global Sentiment 2026: The pulse of learning worldwide, a live webinar exploring insights from the 13th annual L&D Global Sentiment Survey and Learning Pool’s State of Digital Learning Report 2026. Drawing on responses from over 3,500 professionals across 100 countries, the session examines emerging trends, learner expectations, and the priorities shaping workplace learning in 2026 and beyond.
What will be hot in workplace learning in 2026? What challenges are keeping L&D leaders awake at night — and what are employees really asking for from learning at work?
These questions will be explored in an upcoming webinar, L&D Global Sentiment 2026: The pulse of learning worldwide, taking place on 26 February 2026 at 4pm GMT.
The session brings together Donald H Taylor, founder and lead researcher of the annual L&D Global Sentiment Survey, and Kirstie Greany, Head of Learning Strategy at Learning Pool, to unpack the latest data and insights shaping the year ahead.
Insights from a global learning community
Now in its 13th year, the L&D Global Sentiment Survey is one of the most widely referenced barometers of workplace learning trends. The 2026 survey draws on responses from more than 3,500 participants across 100 countries, offering a unique global perspective on priorities, pressures and opportunities in L&D.
During the webinar, Donald Taylor will present the key findings from the survey, highlighting where sentiment is shifting — and where long-standing challenges remain.
These insights will be paired with findings from Learning Pool’s State of Digital Learning Report 2026, with Kirstie Greany exploring how sentiment compares with the real, lived experiences and expectations of learners inside organisations today.
