Following a rigorous validation process, Learning Pool joined a select group of organisations to have its learning content recommended by ILM, the UK’s leading provider of leadership, coaching and management qualifications.
ILM Recommended is the quality mark used to recognise learning materials and resources that support excellence in leadership and management development.
Learning Pool’s Director of Operations, Deborah Limb said, “We are thrilled to have achieved this level of recognition from ILM for the quality of our e-learning content."
She continued, “Achieving the ILM Recommended quality mark for our learning content is an important milestone in our continuing growth that’s based on providing high quality e-learning catalogues that organisations can use to achieve business improvement. Pursuing this recommendation shows our commitment to providing the highest levels of training to our customers and is a first step in learners achieving a full ILM qualification."
ILM sets the standard for industry-recognised qualifications to improve workplace performance, increase their employability and enhance careers. In the current fast-paced business climate, Learning Pool's Business Skills suite gives organisations an agile solution to ensure their managers performing on top of their game. Recent studies show that 93% of managers perform better at work after an ILM qualification.
Business skills training from Learning Pool is already being used by customers globally to support the continuing professional development of their teams. Current titles include Understanding the Importance of Marketing, Becoming an Effective Leader and Developing Individual Mental Toughness. A further five modules will be added in early April 2016 and will be provided at no extra cost to customers.
ILM's Business Manager, Emma McCaffrey said, “We’re delighted that Learning Pool’s content has met the high standard needed to achieve the ILM Recommended mark. Part of our role is to recognise and signpost sources of excellent training in the business sector and having scrutinised the content we are pleased to recommend it.”
This recommendation means that Learning Pool’s customers can be assured of the quality of online training content which has been independently verified and meets the high standard needed to achieve recognition from the UK’s leading provider of leadership, management and coaching qualifications.
Alongside the Business Suite, Learning Pool provides a range of complementary e-learning catalogues including core compliance topics such as health and safety, data protection and anti-bribery as well as management and leadership titles, all providing the essential skills to support a superior workforce. All our content has been built in Adapt Learning so customers enjoy the confidence that the content will work across a range of devices.
