Learning Pool receives Endorsement for exemplary Hospitality Training
Learning Pool, the fast growing online training and LMS solutions provider, today announced that it has gained Endorsement for its hospitality online training modules.
Following a rigorous process, Learning Pool joined a select group of organisations when it was awarded Endorsement by the professional body for the hospitality sector, the Institute of Hospitality.
Learning Pool’s Head of Content, Deborah Limb said, “We are thrilled with the award of this endorsement providing assurance and recognition of the quality of our e-learning content.”
She continued, “This is an important milestone in our continuing growth into the hospitality market. Pursuing accreditation shows our commitment to providing the highest levels of training to our customers.”
The Institute of Hospitality is an international organisation representing professional managers in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries. It is recognised by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) in the UK as a benchmarking organisation for Hospitality and has been established for over 75 years.
The Institute’s Director of Professional Development, John Cunningham said, “We’re delighted that Learning Pool has met the high standard needed to achieve Endorsement for its learning programmes. As the professional body part of our role is to recognise and signpost sources of excellent training in the hospitality sector and having scrutinised these programmes we have no hesitation in recommending them.”
This Endorsement means that Learning Pool’s hospitality customers can be assured of the quality of online training which has been independently verified and meets the high standard needed to achieve Endorsement in the industry.
