On this week’s LNTV show, Dana James-Edwards talks to Kate about diversity and inclusion at work and offers advice for organisations introducing D&I programmes. 

Debbie Carter is stepping down from her role as editor at Training Journal after 24 years and talks to Nigel about the changes she has seen and her hopes for the future of the learning sector. Becky Norman, editor of TrainingZone and HRZone, outlines the new Culture Pioneers Awards which celebrate the L&D and HR leaders who are championing culture change.

Also on the show, Robin Hoyle discusses workplace transfer and the support and assessment required after learning interventions and Rob Clarke from Learning News presents our monthly round-up of the latest news.
