David Perring, Research Director at Fosway, reveals some of the key findings of Fosway’s latest L&D research report carried out in conjunction with Learning Technologies.

Rod Willis explains the importance of collaboration at work and how incorporating feelings into the equation can make a huge impact on improving performance in the workplace.

LNTV’s August programme also includes interviews with Henry Stewart on modern apprenticeships and Lisa Powell of CIMPA on why knowledge management is so important for an organisation’s performance.

Learning Now tv is on Thursday August 31 at 8 pm and the following day, September 1 at 10 am. And the show will be available on catch up from the LNTV website three days later.
