In this month’s programme, at 10 am and 8 pm on Thursday 26 October, Andy Lancaster, Head of L&D Content at CIPD, talks to Nigel about how he thinks L&D should be supporting the performance of the organisation. And Noorie Sazen talks to Kim about how to help organisations to make effective change through better use of their resources and engaging their staff.

LNTV’s October programme also spotlights informal learning with Robin Hoyle, reports on last month's eLearning Network meeting in Glasgow and investigates the benefits of livestreaming for L&D.

Learning Now tv is on Thursday October 26 at 10 am and later at 8 pm. And the show will be available on catch up from the LNTV website three days later.
