Netex, known for its learning management technology, and Virtual College, an elearning content provider and two-times winner of Learning Technology Organisation of the Year, merged earlier in 2022 when Netex acquired Virtual College. Since then the two businesses have integrated and are now bringing the combined brand to the market.
