Learning Live 2019 started with a list of the most important priorities in learning and development, gathered from the Learning and Performance Institute’s research with L&D professionals. Establishing a learning culture again topped the list.
Learning News asked Daniel Nolan, from Virtual College, and one of several people hosting sessions and speaking on learning culture at Learning Live 2019, to explain why he feels it remains the most important job in Llearning and development and to throw some light onto the barriers businesses are finding building it.
