E-Learning Centre adds Virtual Coach courses in negotiation and sales skills

Customers of The E-Learning Centre website can now develop their sales, sales planning and negotiation skills via four courses produced by the Virtual Coach.

This UK-based organisation, founded by the award winning salesman and internationally acclaimed coach, Alan McCarthy, of RDC, is providing access via the E-Learning Centre website to its courses on negotiation, advanced negotiation, sales target planning and ‘winning more sales’. Those who buy the course also have access to 12 months support, via such things as webinars, as they develop their skills.

David Patterson, a director of Learning Light, which owns the E-Learning Centre and provides advice and help to organisations using e-learning and learning technologies to improve their business performance, commented: “The Virtual Coach’s online coaching environment contains a portal which provides a complete training environment for sales needs.

“The online portal allows you to access training, implementation tools, reports, support and everything else you need without ever having to leave the office. You can work at a pace that suits you and get extra help whenever you need it.”

In a career spanning more than 30 years, Alan McCarthy has sold for Rank Xerox, Exxon, Dun and Bradstreet, US Lines and ICL - selling into, and managing, sales teams selling to the financial services, logistics, automotive, IT and consultancy sectors. He began training, developing and consulting in sales related subjects in 1987.

For the past 15 years, Alan has focused on training, developing and coaching experienced sales teams and their executives. He has conducted over 400 assignments in 40 countries, including 26 of the American states.
