The LPI, Talent and Leadership Club, and Future Talent Learning launch an innovative certified masterclass to empower learning and development leaders with cutting-edge strategies and peer networking.

The Talent and Leadership Club and Future Talent Learning have partnered to launch an innovative new masterclass aimed at upskilling and empowering learning and development (L&D) leaders. Hosted by the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI), the Learning Leader Programme is a certified masterclass designed to help L&D professionals strengthen their expertise and enrich organisational learning culture.

The collaborative masterclass tackles current L&D leadership challenges and immerses participants in creative strategies, new concepts, and focused networking. Over the course of ten modules and facilitated discussions, L&D leaders will build practical skills to align learning with purpose and strategy, leverage advances in learning technology, foster a growth mindset across the organisation, and more.

"Learning leaders play a critical role in shaping company culture and performance. This masterclass provides the space, knowledge, and connections they need to continuously develop as change agents and learning catalysts," said Ed Monk, CEO, LPI.

The Learning Leader Programme is delivered by seasoned learning practitioners, leaders, and academics. Upon completion, participants will receive a verified digital badge from the LPI. They will also gain access to the LPI's annual LEARNING LIVE conference and a 12-month membership in the LEARNING LIVE Networks community.

The masterclass is ideal for Chief Learning Officers, Heads of L&D, Learning Managers, and other senior learning professionals looking to advance their expertise. Enrollment is now open for the cohort commencing 17 November 2023.
