The LPI has partnered with award-winning accredited provider, MAAS Marketing, to launch a brand-new certified masterclass for L&D.
The "Marketing for L&D masterclass" is designed for internal L&D teams who are struggling to create employee awareness and interest in their learning content, and promises to furnish attendees with practical marketing skills, techniques, and knowledge.
The masterclass differs from traditional YouTube tutorials or pre-recorded courses by virtue of being delivered in an instructor-led, live online environment, with cohort-based learning and technique-focused content. Sessions are run weekly over a 6-week period, with each tackling a specific area of marketing. Attendees who complete all 6 sessions are awarded the LPI certification and digital badge.
By offering the masterclass as a scheduled, virtual event – with a cohort of no more than 30 people - the facilitators aim to maximise attendee interaction and collaborative learning.
MAAS Marketing provides both the masterclass content and facilitators, and is a recognised expert in marketing for learning, having worked with global organisations and winning gold in the Start Up Learning Provider of the Year category at the 2020 Learning Awards.
