Mentoring platform provider, Connectr, demonstrates commitment to excellence with an accreditation from the LPI.

The LPI (Learning & Performance Institute), the foremost accreditation and membership body for the learning sector, is pleased to announce that HR technology company, Connectr, has achieved Accredited Learning Technologies status for the first time.

The LPI accreditation is a globally-recognised independent endorsement of a technology provider's ongoing commitment to outstanding customer care, integrity and operational efficiency. The accreditation programme employs a highly robust framework, developed over many years by learning experts, and validated by data from thousands of organisations, to measure, benchmark and improve learning capabilities.

Connectr helps businesses develop a crucial, positive culture via mentoring. With services ranging from 1-on-1 mentoring and smart-matching, through to employee engagement and talent attraction/retention, the Connectr platform aims to create a culture of continual workforce development.

LPI Accreditation consultant, Cathy Hoy, said: "The team at Connectr are passionate about their product and are focused on continual improvement and finding new ways to improve the customer experience. Connectr understands that people need to feel a sense of belonging in order to be fully engaged and motivated, and they use their platform to help their customers build that sense of belonging for all their people."

Will Akerman, founder and MD of Connectr, said: “Keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do, whilst growing the impact our business delivers has always been paramount. To be the first mentoring technology company to receive LPI accreditation is a great coup and validates the hard work of our team. We look forward to working closely with the LPI and extolling the importance and value of mentoring with purpose to its members.”

Edmund Monk, CEO, LPI, said: "The LPI is pleased to welcome Connectr to the ever-growing family of accredited organisations. With this independent validation of their ability to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency, Connectr can now build upon their already strong foundation to become the leading mentoring technology provider in the market. Anyone considering mentoring and talent platforms for their organisation should look at Connectr in the first instance."
