The Working Manager achieves LPI gold accreditation

UKLearning NewsLPI (Learning and Performance Institute)

Digital learning technology provider, The Working Manager, achieves the highest benchmark of excellence against which other providers are measured.

The LPI (Learning & Performance Institute), the foremost accreditation and membership body for the learning sector, is pleased to announce that TWM (The Working Manager), a digital learning platform and integration specialist, has achieved Gold status in its 4th year as an LPI accredited learning technologies provider.

The LPI accreditation programme for learning technology providers independently evaluates and endorses a provider's ongoing commitment to outstanding customer care, integrity and operational efficiency. A recognised standard in the industry today, the programme employs a highly robust framework, developed over many years by learning experts, and validated by data from thousands of organisations, to measure, benchmark and improve capabilities.

TWM has achieved Gold Standard Accreditation - the pinnacle of achievement. In order to achieve this standard, providers must have at least one year of accreditation successfully completed with no outstanding non-conformances, plus:

  • An overall evalutation score greater or equal to 75% of maximum across all sections
  • Client-endorsed, case studies of projects/work that evidence demonstrable, quantified, positive business outcomes for the client
  • No outstanding client quality issues that have not been fully addressed to the documented satisfaction of the client
  • All personnel involved in the design or delivery of the learning to be professional members of the LPI

TWM achieved accreditation continuously for three years before reaching the Gold standard in its 4th year. This puts the company at the forefront of business excellence as a technology provider to the learning and development industry and is a further endorsement of its position on quality of service and innovation.

"A combination of hard work from the whole team at TWM, towards constantly building and delivering great products and services. Always putting our clients at the centre of the business, has made this gold accreditation possible," says Phil Purver, Chief Executive at The Working Manager. "The LPI's drive to constantly improve the standards within the industry is critical to continuing success. In an ever-increasingly competitive marketplace, our customers, prospects, and partners can be assured that at TWM, we constantly strive for the highest standards across every aspect of our business."

Commenting on the gold accreditation, Kelly Davis, Global Director of Sales & Marketing, LPI, said: "LPI accreditation is not only an independent validation of an organisation's quality, but also a statement of intent to its customers: that it will constantly improve, innovate and develop its portfolio to the benefit of its customers. I am proud to hear of TWM's outstanding achievement and look forward to working with them throughout the coming years as they seek to strengthen their position in the market. I have no hesitation in recommending TWM to prospective customers and partners as their gold accreditation proves they are an exceptional provider of learning technologies."
