UKLearning NewsLPI (Learning and Performance Institute)

Business workshop session will explore the concepts of resilience, endurance and vulnerability in the modern workplace and their relationship to effective learning.

The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) is pleased to announce that learning provider, Interaction Learning and Development, will be conducting a business solution workshop at LEARNING LIVE 2018.

This session will explore the idea of resilience in the modern workplace and whether organisations are creating an environment that promotes resilient behaviour or if they are simply demanding that people endure. The workshop will look further to understanding vulnerability and encouraging this in the workplace and if this is the key to promoting resilient behaviour.

Presented by Dan Symonds, Training Consultant at Interaction Learning and Development, the session entitled “Are we creating resilience or demanding endurance?” will be hosted in room Bishopsgate 1 at 14:45 on the 6th of September.

LEARNING LIVE takes place at 155 Bishopsgate, London on 5-6 September 2018. For more details about the session and the full event programme, visit http://learning-live.com/learninglive/conference-programme/
