Blue Eskimo explores future skills of the L&D professional at LEARNING LIVE

The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) is pleased to announce that LPI accredited learning provider, Blue Eskimo, will be conducting a business solution workshop at LEARNING LIVE 2018.

Blue Eskimo’s workshop is titled "The changing face of the L&D professional - time for a makeover?" and will be an interactive session involving the audience, clients and colleagues within the Learning and Development community. The session will examine the changing responsibilities and skillsets of the L&D professional, as new technologies and new approaches demand greater depth and breadth from employees. Attendees to the session will be invited to share their views on L&D skills and the Blue Eskimo team will share their unique insights and visions regarding the changing roles and career expectations of the learning professional.  

The session will be presented by Nick Bate, Director at Blue Eskimo, Nick Jones, Director at Blue Eskimo, Martyn Bullard, Northern European Capability lead at Sage, Phil Reddall, Proposition Lead at the John Lewis Partnership and Chair of the eLearning Network and Michael Sacks, Entrepreneur and Consultant. “The changing face of the L&D professional - time for a makeover?” will take place at 16:15 in the London Wall room on the 5th September.
