Pareto Law reveals insights on graduate learning trends at LEARNING LIVE 2016
Pareto Law to discuss research on how graduates attitudes and capabilities have changed during the last 20 years through the internet revolution and beyond.
The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) is pleased to announce that sales training and recruitment company, Pareto Law, will be conducting a business workshop at LEARNING LIVE 2016 revealing their research on how graduate attitudes and capabilities have changed during the last 20 years through the internet revolution and beyond.
The workshop session is entitled "Getting from Grad to Great; was the class of '96 so different to the class of 2016?" and will examine the widely held assumption that learning and the way we learn (particularly 'Gen Y' graduates) has changed dramatically in the last few years. It will ask what learning practitioners should change, and what they should discard.
In addition, Pareto Law will unveil their their new digital learning platform, designed to coach and support graduates as they move into fast-paced sales work environments. Focusing specifically on speed to competency, Pareto's suite of learning modules, accessed via Pareto’s cloud-based management system, is designed to provide on-the-job performance support for learners, tutors and administrators and to increase knowledge retention. The LEARNING LIVE workshop will be the first time that Pareto Law have presented their sales training methodologies in an online elearning format.
