TACK International to present survey findings at LEARNING LIVE 2016
Sales leadership and people development specialists will reveal insights into learning transfer practices, measures and perspectives.
TACK International will reveal the findings from their research survey into learning transfer practices, measures and perspectives in a business workshop at LEARNING LIVE 2016.
TACK’s experience of working with organisations for 68 years has shown that many believe that learning transfer can feel too hard, leadership support and involvement is ad hoc and the possibilities for L&D departments to design and implement effective before, during and after interventions are limited. The survey aims to discover the truth behind these concerns.
Alongside the survey, TACK's workshop will also discuss how to make learning 'stick'. In particular, how to create a culture where learning isn’t viewed as a one off action but as an ongoing journey of capability development. TACK will also discuss what successful organisations are doing to ensure effective learning transfer, genuine behavioural change, performance improvements and how they are achieving visible business results from their learning and development investments.
Attendees to the workshop will contribute to live reaction polls and will receive a copy of the Making Learning Stick in Action research report which aims to provide a new perspective on how to make learning stick and maximise training investment in the organisation.
The research survey is still open and accepting new submissions until 25th July http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/2869381/Making-Learning-Stick-In-Action
TACK's session takes place on September 8th at 11:15am in the Business Solution Workshop area.
