Filtered announced as a premium exhibitor and speaker at LEARNING LIVE 2015
Personalized online training innovator to deliver business solution workshop at leading L&D conference.
The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) is thrilled to announce Filtered will be delivering one of the Business Solution Workshops at LEARNING LIVE 2015.
During the session “How can predictive analytics enable on-the-job performance?”, Filtered will show how the use of a proprietary algorithm and student inputs can determine the most relevant content for delivery to individuals undergoing online training. With Filtered, users are presented with filtered material at the outset (after answering a short set of questions), and are able to learn more efficiently and effectively, improving their test performance by 26% more than users training with unfiltered material.
Filtered’s Head of Science Dr. Chris Littlewood and Head of Content Nick Fernando will discuss how analytical techniques can transform online training from a cheaper alternative to face-to-face training to a continuous performance support and improvement tool that cements learning in the 70:20:10 model.
The company was recently named as one of the EdTech 20 finalists and has grown rapidly since its inception in 2013.
Spread across two days, the annual LEARNING LIVE conference brings together learning and development professionals from across the globe, and provides them with the opportunity to network with industry peers and discover the latest innovations in learning technologies and support services.
Filtered founder and MD Marc Zao-Sanders commented: “We’re excited to be presenting at LEARNING LIVE; it’s a great opportunity for us to showcase Filtered’s approach to our industry peers. Our aim is to make the case for personalized online training unarguable and we really believe that our approach is one that will upskill workforces while saving valuable time and resources.”
Colin Steed, CEO of the Learning and Performance Institute, said: “As one of the most recent companies to be formally accredited by the LPI as a Learning Provider, I am very happy to see Filtered joining the LEARNING LIVE community. The business solution workshops are a great way for delegates to experience L&D’s most progressive technologies and methodologies, and to meet with the people who have transformed them into successful business models.”
Filtered’s session takes place on day two of the event, Thursday September 10th at 11:30am (Bishopsgate 1).
LEARNING LIVE takes place at 155 Bishopsgate, London on 9 - 10 September 2015. For more details about the session and the full event programme, visit http://thelpiservices.com/learninglive/.
