Prosoft training accredits TAP for CIW certified instructor qualification

Learning NewsLPI (Learning and Performance Institute)

ProsoftTraining, who administer the global Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) certification, have recognised the Institute of IT Training's Trainer Assessment Programme (TAP) certificate as acceptable evidence of best practice training delivery skills for the CIW Certified Instructor qualification.

This means that anyone holding an Institute TAP certificate can present this, along with the necessary CIW certificate(s) to be recognised as a CIW Certified Instructor.

"The Institute is pleased to be able to contribute to the growing number of global vendor instructor certifications that place an emphasis on measurable training skills to underpin the effective transfer of technical skills," explained Colin Steed, chief executive of the Institute.

As a CIW Certified Instructor (CIW CI), you will have an opportunity to work with a wide range of Internet technologies and to play an important role in providing outstanding Internet skills training for individuals across the world.

All CIW CIs are also eligible to work for any of the CIW Authorized Training Providers (CIW ATPs) or CIW Authorized Academic Partners (CIW AAPs) around the world.
