Kineo win Gold in the category for Best Advance in Technology for Testing or Learning Evaluation.

Kineo proudly announce that Kineo Analytics, in its debut entry, has secured esteemed recognition at the 2023 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards. Kineo were awarded Gold in the category for 'Best Advance in Technology for Testing or Learning Evaluation', marking a significant milestone for their learning analytics offering and the entire Kineo team.

Kineo Analytics has revolutionised learning design and evaluation, helping organisations with a more robust, intelligence-led approach to learning design. The service (which Kineo provide at no additional cost with any learning content built in Adapt) gathers comprehensive data about the learning experience, providing valuable insights to guide future strategies and continuous improvement.

The Brandon Hall Tech Awards have acknowledged Kineo Analytics for its instrumental role in helping clients assess competence, understand engagement, and elevate the overall learning experience. Learning & Development has long been behind the curve when it comes to data and analytics and many teams lack the technical expertise required to make good use of technologies such as xAPI. By integrating a data-centric approach into the content design and development, Kineo effectively eliminate the need for specialist expertise and put valuable insights right into the hands of the L&D team.

James Ballard, Head of Propositions & Insights, Kineo, said:

"We are honoured to receive this recognition from Brandon Hall, a distinguished awarding body in our industry. Kineo Analytics continues to demonstrate its transformative impact on learning design, and this award validates our commitment to learning that is designed for results. When we developed Kineo Analytics we set out to push the boundaries of innovation in the learning analytics landscape, but in a way that was accessible to the market. This award reflects and validates that this is something the L&D industry desperately need.”

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: addresses a business need, effectiveness, clearly defined differentiators, clear benefits and impact of the solution.

Brandon Hall Group Chief Executive Officer Mike Cooke, said:

"Our awards program is distinguished by the thorough evaluation process led by industry experts. Judges meticulously score each entry, and our executive leadership team at Brandon Hall Group reviews and validates the judging and scoring. The level of the award is solely determined by the number of points, ensuring a fair and unbiased recognition of excellence in technology."
