Kineo and ING Win Gold and Silver Stevie® Award Double in 2021 Stevie Awards For Great Employers
Kineo's work with ING has been recognised at this year's Stevie Awards for Great Employers, scooping a Gold for Skills Training and Silver for Problem Solving.
ING with Kineo have been named the winners of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Skills Training category and a Silver Stevie® Award in the Problem-Solving Training category in the sixth annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers.
The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognise the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work.
More than 950 nominations from organisations of all sizes in 29 nations were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of HR-related categories – so we are thrilled to have picked up not one, but two awards for our work with ING and their PACE Academy in 2020.
Faced with an acceleration in technological innovation in banking, ING launched a new innovation methodology (PACE) which they needed to ensure was adopted across the organisation. Working with Kineo, ING pivoted from hard-to-scale classroom training to a blended learning experience to deliver against this challenge – the PACE Academy.
Providing employees with a guided blended learning journey (microlearning, practical resources, remote group working, collaborative learning, virtual classrooms and more) the programme was recognised by the judges:
“Fantastic guided learning journey, was great to see the microlearning, practical resources in order to view how you put the theory into practice and focus on real workplace issues and challenges”
“Very well-designed multi-layered training with a diverse set of tools and methodologies.”
More than 70 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
Andy Moss, Managing Director, Kineo said:
“Recognition from The Stevie Awards for the PACE Academy, and for the teams at ING and Kineo, is an outstanding achievement and greatly deserved! This programme is a fantastic example of how technology can help scale learning beyond traditional classroom delivery - weaving together microlearning, practical resources, remote group working, collaborative learning, virtual classrooms and more to deliver an outstanding learner experience. Congratulations to all involved!”
