Now in its 16th year, Learning Technologies - Europe’s leading showcase of technology-supported workplace learning - returns to London Olympia 2 on 28 and 29 January. City & Guilds Kineo is contributing by sponsoring the 2015 show, emphasising a key focus on blended learning.

Following on from the successful release of their 2014 Learning Insight Report in November, the team at City & Guilds Kineo has captured one of the key themes of the report, which predicts a wider emergence and the continued rise of the sophisticated blend.

Working with thought-leaders across the global team, City & Guilds Kineo has written and produced a series of four new 'Blends That Work' mini-guides which look at key solution areas including onboarding and compliance. The guides will be released at the Learning Technologies conference, available on the City & Guilds Kineo stand #144.

Mark Harrison, Director and Blended Learning Consultant, comments on the purpose of the guides:

“There have been a growing number of requests in the last year from our clients to help them design a wide range of blended programmes. Much of what we advise to them boils down to some simple core principles, which once understood, really make the process for them far less daunting. Many of these ideas have been encapsulated in these blended design guides. Focused on the areas in which effective blended models seem to be most needed, they will give you ideas and real examples to help you painlessly come up with successful blended solutions.”

City & Guilds Kineo will also be presenting four individual seminar sessions at the event, in association with clients including The Football Association. They will be showcasing best practice examples of blends that work, as well as highlighting innovative client work from the past year.

City & Guilds Kineo has been a key contributor to Learning Technologies for over 7 years. At the 2014 event the team launched the first version of the Adapt Learning Framework and focused on multi-device learning. More about last years’ event.
