Kineo Launches Major Recruitment Drive as Part of Ambitious City & Guilds Growth Plan
Kineo, the leading e-learning services company will launch a major recruitment campaign to support its ambitious growth plans at Learning Technologies 2013. This follows the announcement last month that Kineo has joined the City & Guilds Group, with a global reach in 80 countries.
Kineo’s growth path over the last seven years has taken it from a four-person start-up in Brighton to the UK’s leading e-learning company, with over 120 employees in the UK and multiple offices and teams internationally.
Now as part of the City & Guilds group, Kineo’s ambitions have leapt further forward. The next step in Kineo and City & Guilds’ development will be to become the world’s leading workplace learning company. This will be the combination of Kineo’s market-leading e-learning and LMS services, with the City & Guilds employer offer of qualifications, apprenticeships and accreditation – combined with new services which will be announced later this year.
To deliver on its growth ambitions, Kineo is embarking on a major recruitment campaign at Learning Technologies 2013, which takes place in London Olympia on January 29th and 30th.
Among the benefits of joining Kineo are:
- Work on high profile projects for the world’s biggest brands including Vodafone, Starbucks, M&S, Nikon and Sony
- An industry-leading employee benefits offer to support wealth, health and wellbeing. This includes a defined benefit pension scheme, bonuses, private medical cover, income protection, and much more to choose from
- Career opportunities across Kineo and the City & Guilds Group in the UK and in over 80 countries, and a commitment to invest in and develop people - as you’d expect from an organisation that’s been focused on people development for over 100 years
- A great working atmosphere in a friendly and supportive team, on challenging and interesting projects, and the freedom to innovate and think creatively – with offices in the heart of Brighton, London and Sheffield, and multiple hubs around the UK.
Kineo Managing Director Steve Rayson said: “We have been successful because we have great people who are passionate about customer service, learning and innovation. I’m particularly proud of the job creation we’ve achieved against the backdrop of the recession. E-learning is a growth sector and a major success for UK plc, as the Learning Technologies show proves. We now want to go to the next level and more than ever, we’re looking for talented ambitious people to join our team.”
